My love of Architecture, Flowers, couture and artistry is what makes me be me.
I'm a self taught baker, and one who does not hesitate to update and upgrade my knowledge. I'm constantly seeking what is new and what I think my Buttercream and Crumbs customers are looking for. Ideas pop in and out of my head at all hours of the day and night. I've been in the kitchen for what seems like forever. Forward to today, my passion and determination lies in creating and baking beautiful desserts. That passion of mine is now my everyday. I consider myself fortunate to share this sweet obsession with you at your next celebration. They have to look pretty, and almost always have a design on them. Simple or elaborate, it's what makes each one unique.
I'm a tea drinker, lover of flowers, all things romantic and my family comes first, above all else. I love the colour pink, but almost always wear black. I started my love of cooking and baking around the age of 9. My parents used to entertain a lot and I was always in the kitchen helping with getting the food ready for the guests. I may have watched for a while but it didn't take long for me to get my hands right into it. By the time I was nine, I received my first real cook book, given to me by a Chef who was a friend of my father. I still have that book to this day and treasure it dearly. It has some of my family's favourites in it.
